This notice explains what happens when you contact Keen Estimates through this website.

Information you provide

The general contact form collects your name, email address, message, and any optional company or phone information you choose to provide. If you email a project request, we receive the message, project details, and attachments you choose to send.

Technical submission information

When you send the form, we also receive the submission time and the IP address reported by Cloudflare. We use this information for basic security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

We use submitted information to review your message or project request, respond, discuss estimating services, and maintain normal business records. Project attachments are sent through your email provider rather than uploaded through the website.

Turnstile and email delivery

Cloudflare hosts the website and provides Turnstile, which evaluates the browser and request to help identify automated abuse. The general contact form sends a verification token to Cloudflare before we accept a submission. Resend receives the submitted contact message in order to deliver one notification to our business email. Project-request emails and attachments are handled by the sender's and Keen Estimates' email providers.

Website analytics

If enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics gives us aggregate page-view and website-performance information. Cloudflare states that this service does not collect or use visitors' personal data.

Retention and sharing

We keep inquiry information only as reasonably needed to respond, support a working relationship, and maintain normal business records. We may disclose information when required by law or when needed to operate the services described above.

Your choices

You can contact us to ask about information you submitted or request its correction or deletion, subject to any information we need to retain for legal or ordinary business-record purposes.
