Getting Started
What should I send to get started?
Email the job number, customer, loss description, estimate type, scope notes, address, carrier, equipment details, and any applicable TPA, Matterport, or ITEL information. Attach the available project files.

Yes. We provide remote estimating services for restoration contractors across the United States.
Can I send more documents later?
Yes. Keep new photos, measurements, or notes tied to the same job. New documents or added scope may require additional pricing.

Do you write both Xactimate and Symbility estimates?
Yes. We prepare estimates in both platforms. Symbility uses the published base schedule plus 20%.

Standard estimate pricing follows the published tiered schedule. Documentation quality, platform, complexity, and added scope can affect the final fee.
